It can be detached or attached to the main house and includes all the necessary amenities for independent living, such as a kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area.
ADUs, also known as granny flats, in-law suites, or backyard cottages, offer versatile housing solutions-whether for extended family, rental income, or maximizing land use in urban and suburban areas. Our structures are 2-3x times more insulated than traditional buildings, 300% more energy-efficient, and boast 300x times the tensile strength of conventional stick-built homes.
