Our homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) have the highest efficiency in the market and are built to last.  We use sustainable building materials that will last for generations, whether in your backyard or in your mountain getaway. Our systems have received engineered approvals for wind speed, seismic and snow loads for California, Colorado, Idaho, Missouri and Utah.  These plans also apply to most states. 

EcoSmart Homes and ADUs are built using a steel structure and insulated foam system that is quickly constructed and highly insulated and unlike wood, is not prone to mold, rot or pests.  The walls, floors and ceilings are built using insulated foam which creates an air-tight efficient structure.  The system is 2 to 3 times more insulated than normal building structures, saving owners hundreds of dollars a year in energy costs.
