Seven standard models and eight different adu models, but we can change it based on your specifications.

Our process takes about half as long as building a custom structure on-site. Models take 2-4 weeks to permit, 1-2 weeks to manufacture and 1-4 weeks for site prep and install. 

Our models range from 250 sq ft. (on-site office)

390-100 sq ft. ADU

1100-5500 sq ft. for a home. 

We build all units according to the 2018 international building code.

Our models are designed to be as versatile as you. You can use the extra space for a rental property, mother-in-law suite, AirBnB, workspace, art studio, vacation getaway, personal gym, yoga studio, entertainment room… the possibilities are endless.

An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a separate housing unit on a residential lot that has an existing home on it, and is permitted by the city.

We extend the sewer, water, and electric lines from your home to where you want your model placed on your property. We use a mini-split system for heating and cooling, which is included with your unit.

Yes, we offer many options and upgrades you can choose from. Fill out the “See if your property qualifies” form to get in touch with one of our representatives about your customization options.

We can handle that for you. Once we get your address, we’ll check into your city’s zoning, setback, and property size requirements and let you know whether your property qualifies.

Nothing. Our team will handle the necessary steps your city requires, such as building and planning commission meetings, until your plans and property are approved by the city.

We can connect you with our preferred lender. Typically, clients finance their ADU with a home equity line of credit, cash-out refinance, 2nd mortgage, or a renovation loan.

We have three different packages to choose from. Platinum, gold or silver.
